compact i945-based box with 16x pcie and dvi graphics

We're looking for compact (mac mini sized or so) system with one (or
two) pcie16 slot and reasonable graphics. It has to be a quiet node.
Suggestions and pointers welcome -- I have looked but not quite found
it yet.
