[LinuxBIOS] r2563 build service

Dear LinuxBIOS readers!

This is the automated build check service of LinuxBIOS.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 2563 to
the LinuxBIOS source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
This is (most of) the usb2 debug console code ripped out of
Uwe's version of yh_rest_of_patch.patch (13.02.07 - [PATCH]
Rest of huge MCP55 patch).

I dropped a lot of stuff, like broken indenting, removed copyright messages,
and this printk_ram_* stuff (what the heck is this supposed to be)

This codebase is really a mess. Further tarball contributions without a
_CLEANED UP_ patch will be denied, especially if they are not from an up to
date svn tree.

Configuration of msi:ms9282 is still broken
Configuration of nvidia:l1_2pvv has been fixed
Compilation of supermicro:h8dmr is still broken
Configuration of tyan:s2912 has been fixed

If something broke during this checkin please be a pain 
in stepan's neck until the issue is fixed.

If this issue is not fixed within 24h the revision will 
be backed out.
