Makefile: rename romstage linking filenames

$(obj)/location.txt ->  $(obj)/romstage/base_xip.txt
     $(obj)/romstage/link1st.ld -> $(obj)/romstage/link_null.ld
     $(obj)/romstage/link2nd.ld -> $(obj)/romstage/link_xip.ld
