ttyS0 is the VT1211's first serial port at logical device 2, the VT1211
has 2 serial ports, the next one is logical device 3, I'm assuming via
wired the motherboard up this way since that's the way I'd do it.

I have the VT1211 datasheet, but VIA only releases it under NDA as far as I
know.
