Patch merged into coreboot/master: 4f8eb8b SMM: rename tseg_fixup to tseg_relocate and export

the following patch was just integrated into master:

SMM: rename tseg_fixup to tseg_relocate and export

This function is exported so it can be used in other
    places that need similar relocation due to TSEG.
