why still waste time on Intel platform? They will not support  LinuxBIOS,
because they have EFI....

LinuxBIOS, because they have EFI....

So, you'd recommend using EFI over LinuxBIOS?

I believe he is recommending not using intel because intel will not
support linuxbios.

I can not endorse any given vendor due to DOE rules; I can, however, say
that LANL is only buying linuxbios-based cluster nodes these days.

BTW, is tyan s2735 code in the current tla tree working? We tried to
use it as a base for a supermicro board but failed.
