Not at this time, no.
So far no modern Intel architectures are supported in coreboot, due to lack of documentation and development resources.

If you are looking for an alternative to EFI, Intel offers one that includes embedding Linux in firmware: http://www.intel.com/design/servers/ism/rbt/
It's an interesting product. More and more vendors are buying into embedding Linux in FLASH, which is nice to see. Having Intel validate the concept with a product such as RapidBoot is a big step forward.
