Hello All! I've got Gigabyte 7VT880-RZ mainboard. After quick look at the suface of it I found that it uses SST 39SF020A flash chip. Unfortunately flashrom won't even read data from flash. Full log here:

The ID should be 0xbf (manuf)/ 0xb6 (device), but nothing like that appears in the logs. I just verified with the data sheet that the probing sequence is correct.
Probing for SST39SF020A, 256 KB probe_jedec: id1 0x25, id2 0x41
Since what you got was not what you expected, I believe the board needs an additional enable sequence.
