ATI XL Init in kernel 2.6.2

I have checked Kernel 2.6.2 for ATI XL No init in BIOS, the Makefile doesn't
include the xlinit.c and it is not called.

So patch is not properly merged with the kernel 2.6.2.

Did you try that ever?

It's not properly merged, not even in James Simmons' tree, as far as I
can tell. I only had this working with 2.4, but it seems with a little
work it can be merged..
