USB Enable = PCI State Loss

Trying to resolve some issues on FILO w/USB support on a new board with
Athlon64, 8151, 8131, 8111.  It appears that when I turn on ohci, the
USB controller probes for devices but the CPU loses all PCI state after
it's enabled.  As seen through HDT debugger.

This is a new board, so I'm not ruling out HW as the issue, but I'm just
curious if anyone has seen this on their boards?
