[LinuxBIOS] PATCH: optionslist minor fixes + license.

Hi,

here's a small patch for the util/optionlist/* code Stefan added
yesterday (thanks!), which I used to generate the contents of this wiki page:
http://www.linuxbios.org/LinuxBIOS_Options

There's some room here to make the table look better, suggestions welcome!

This makes the HTML page http://www.linuxbios.org/data/Options.html
obsolete; it can be safely removed, I guess.

Stefan, Florian, are you ok with making the tool GPL'd? If so, I
attached a patch which adds the license headers, feel free to apply
that too, if you want.

I really like the way you updated the "supported motherboards" page..
Maybe something like that?

By contributing this patch and checking it in in the first place we
agreed on releasing it GPL.

That's mostly the same design. The only notable difference is the
missing border. Patch attached.
