Add dump support for the PC87360.

Patch was tested under the proprietary BIOS on an Arima HDAMA board, see 
output in superiotool-dump.txt.

Link added to the wiki, too. Do you also have a dump of the chip when
booted with LinuxBIOS?

Unfortunately not, but if I get hold of an extra flash chip I'll try it 
out.
