The ROM_IMAGE_SIZE needs to be increased in the target Config.lb file I
think. What SUSE distribution are you using? I've been compiling
LinuxBIOS with gcc 3.3.x and 4.0.x for a while. 3.3 might generate
larger code.

Try setting ROM_IMAGE_SIZE to 0x20000.
