i have a motherboard in wich i wan't to boot Linux, but diskless...
can i put a linuxbios on it and boot Linux from the net? May be using linuxbios + etherboot or some thing like that.

If your hardware is supported by LinuxBIOS then yes.
Boot linux on it and do an 'lspci' and check http://linuxbios.org/index.php/Supported_Motherboards
If you don't see your board listed then send the lspci output to the list. It may still be supported or perhaps in the works.
