Good. Two reasons here:
[1] The email delivery is not reliable (very seldom reason, 0.00001%).
[2] The list of attendees are not filled correctly, so for double checking
Coreboot email list is used. ;-)
What if somebody (who applied) does NOT belong to Coreboot list? ;-)

Not sure if I understood logic behind this email... What are other
(parallel) means of communications here??? So, let say, I did not get the
email with the important notification, so I should let somebody know for
something I do not know??? Based upon what else??? Hmmmmm.... Brrrrrm!
