[RFC] Documentation/Intel: s5 charging applet design document

Dear coreboot folks,

I’d like to draw your attention the change-set 37762 [1].

If I understand the proposal correctly, in low-battery situations a 
battery logo is supposed to be displayed by FSP or coreboot. In my 
opinion, displaying things in coreboot itself violates the goals of 
coreboot, and it should be done in a payload.

If I am misunderstanding something, it’d be great, if you could clarify 
that.
