intel firmware hub parts

has anyone found a distributor for these parts? this is really amazing, 
but nobody I have talked to sells them. They get them via hook and crook 
from intel, but actually buy them? never happens.

That's the fun of Intel. Rarely a full part number in the data sheet.

It seems that http://www.avnet.com/em/ has minimum order of 100 on those
and they are out of sock anyway :/

http://www.arrow.com/ seems to have two kinds of those:

E82802AC8
    E82802AC8SB48

Anyone knows what's difference?

not sure, but sometimes that type of suffix can indicate extended temp. 
range.
