Traped in the interrupt problem for a long time. Need someone's guidance.
When I disabled SMP and Power Management support in Linux 2.6.14, I was able to enter the shell without any IRQ ability (IRQ=0) for all PCI devices.
Checking for some discussions and found out that most of the successful case has to turn them on, and expect I/O APIC and local APIC to assigned IRQ for PCI devices. Am I on the right track? Or is there other method to assigned IRQ?
But everytime init_lapic_sysfs called, the kernel hang~ Did I miss anything? Any suggestion is appreciated~
