[LinuxBIOS] where to buy 2MB flash parts?

I'm having troubing finding these in Canada,

2MB BIOS flash SST49LF160C for example

In USA and InTELaTECH in Kanata, Ontario, Canada,

both have minimum quantity of 480 pieces.

Any suggestions?  I don't care if I have to pay for them to be mailed
from Brasil at this point.
