[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 4211f0c M4A785T-M: fix ACPI's P-States Table

M4A785T-M: fix ACPI's P-States Table

Without that fix the linux kernel cannot change the frequency
      of the CPUs with cpufreq.
