I'm not blaming the techs. Sure, they screwed up. I don't care about that. But the company should just eat the cost instead of making coreboot pay or shut down the server.
It's trivial to them, and a pain in the ass for us. It's complete bullshit that they'd do this. The company should do better. This is crap customer service, and we both know it.
