[coreboot] HIGH_TABLES support for lbtdump

util/lbtdump in the v2 tree hasn't been updated in a while and I think
it may need adaptations for HIGH_TABLES and forwarding.
Do we want to rename it to cbtdump or cbtabledump?

Any takers?
