OK. The good news is HalGetBusDataByOffset function _is_ working
in my test system. But, I still have some bugs to "iron-out" because
some offset seems to be read incorrectly. Perhaps, I missed something in
the PCI configuration data structure returned by this function.
Anyway, HalSetBusDataByOffset is still obscure. It may work but, the way
I invoke the function is not right :-(.
