[coreboot] PCI funcitons malfunctioning

Does anyone have any insight into why the pci config writes wouldn't work
for K8 in v3?

If you take svn head and run it on SimNOW, you'll get reports that registers
values were stored:

PCI: 00:18.0 1c0 <- ...
amdk8_set_resource

But the value never changes.
