[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: e75774b Union Station: Remove SIO support

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Union Station: Remove SIO support

Because the Union Station platform doesn't have an SIO chip,
    this commit removes the Fintek SIO support.
