[LinuxBIOS] Slides from AMD

I've had a request for the slides from AMD on thier LinuxBIOS roadmap.
 Said person is designing an Opteron Rev F platform and is interested
in using LinuxBIOS.

Any luck on getting the documentation and permission in order so we
can post them up on the website.
