[coreboot] coreboot release 4.8 - Please help with release notes and testing

Just a reminder that we're going to do the release in on May 15, 8 days
from now, and we need help with the release notes.  I've started them at
https://pads.ccc.de/yGXyCFe7g7 and have added a list of commits to the
bottom of the document for reference.

If you have a favorite commit, or feel that some change is significant
enough to mention, please help with the document.

Additionally, if you can, please test your boards with the latest commits,
and get the platform added to the board-status list.
