[coreboot] Rev 4099

It turns out that Rev 4099 breaks the hp dl145_g3.  It boots into
Linux which panics and complains "This is not a software error".
Sorry I don't have the exact error message any more.

Samuel said he thinks it has something to do with one processor
overwriting another's space.
