[coreboot] useful hardware - dip8 to soic8 adapter

Here's[1] a useful piece of hardware that I found. I had a somewhat
difficult time finding one, so I just wanted to share it with
everyone. It's an adapter that allows the use of a dip8 chip in place
of a soic8 surface mount chip.
