[coreboot] Spi flash

Hello,
I tried to dump my BIOS with flashrom on a SONY VAIO VGN-TX3XP.
Verbose mode was enabled :
- The southbridge is an ICH7
- it seems to be a SPI flash but the RDID command always returns 0xff.
How can I identify my flash?
