[coreboot] Filo console on QEMU

Anyone know what happened to the VGA output of FILO for QEMU?

It used to work, the config file sets VGA_CONSOLE=1, but it only comes
out the serial output.  VGA is now working again (works with tint), so
I'm not sure what's going on.
