Thanks! Unfortunately DEBUG_BLOCKDEV and DEBUG_IDE doesn't seem
to have been set in this build. Could you double-check?

And if you do a rebuild, please set only DEBUG_BLOCKDEV, _IDE and
_EXT2 rather than _ALL to make the debug output more readable.

I've put a version up at http://stuge.se/filo.elf which should have
the right debug flags but again not tested so I may still have mad
badness.
