Hello,
however I am interested on a ready-to-use solution I still have a lot to learn about coreboot and programs used and using coreboot. In the last night I visited coreboot homepage and tested fx440 chipset. It was interesting and learningful, but it takes some time I can program an EEPROM with this mainboards. Maybe sometime sooner I can make tests if the compatibility good enough. As my first experiences shows I must agree on that I can do useful work for coreboot only later.

First question is that how I can download i965, i82801 libraries under
the coreboot structure to see it in menuconfig as chipset?
alas, you seem very unfortunate. i965 is not supported by coreboot, yet. You'd have to write that from scratch, with very limited documentation available. You can add roughly a year to your efforts (for somebody who isn't experienced with firmware development, there's a lot to learn first).
Btw initial i965 support patches were submitted to gerrit a while ago (bunled inside a large new mainboard patch unfortunately). Using them could simplify things a little.
I hope that doesn't scare you off. Though, getting started with coreboot
is much easier if you choose a device with supported chipset. Or even a device with an already supported mainboard.
