Options.lb lists all possible options for the mainboard: uses CONFIG_TSC_X86RDTSC_CALIBRATE_WITH_TIMER2
and their default values: default CONFIG_TSC_X86RDTSC_CALIBRATE_WITH_TIMER2=1
Config.lb is used to override the default.
LinuxBIOS-AMD64.pdf also mentions the two files.
