[LinuxBIOS] romcc and preprocessor problems

Hi,

since the romcc builtin preprocessor silently eats lines of code,
can we just use the gcc preprocessor (cpp) before calling romcc as
a workaround?

Is there a reason romcc has its own preprocessor?
