[coreboot] Patch merged into master: e50646e ASRock E350M1: Enable USB3 support

the following patch was just integrated into master:

ASRock E350M1: Enable USB3 support

Requires Scott Duplichan's patch for NIC support.
    Enables required PCIe port for USB3 - does not interfere
    with normal operations on non-USB3 model.
