I used 24c0, because of:

00:1f.0 ISA bridge [0601]: Intel Corporation 82801DB/DBL (ICH4/ICH4-L) LPC Interface Bridge [8086:24c0] (rev 02)

no it doesn't work neither with 2e nor with 4e :(

I think I have something total wrong with my config.
