Nope, it has not, don't worry. It will be reviewed, fixed, acked and
committed. It just a matter of enough spare time and reviewers, and also
I'm not sure how to procede (wait for updated patch from Morgan vs. we
try to post an updated patch ourselves -- which we can't test
unfortunately).
