Replace enable_flash_ich_dc with enable_flash_ich7 in the Intel
EP80579 entry in the enables table in chipset_enable.c, and try it
again.

If that works, all we need to do is add a function to automatically
detect whether the BIOS flash is on LPC or SPI.
