The GeodeLX MSR definitions were added in r4951 and r4957 in November
2009. The revision you have is printed on the first line when msrtool
is executed:

./msrtool -t geodelx 0
msrtool 5009
Detected system linux: Linux with /dev/cpu/*/msr
...
