[coreboot] [PATCH] buildrom cleanup

This patch changes board.conf files so that we can use BOARD_NAME.mk
instead of BOARD_NAME-kernel.mk for every board.

It also removes an unused variable in qemu.conf and regroups another.

This patch needs to be followed with an svn mv
packages/kernel/*-kernel.mk packages/kernel/*.mk
