Hello,
This issue is solved. Fei, your tip concerning the Intel Firmware Descriptor was good.
Another tip came from here: http://www.sublab.org/wiki/coreboot-x201/
I've found an Intel tool 'fict', with which I could build a valid descriptor (checked by the 'ifdtool'). Enabling the INCLUDE_ME and ME_PATH in coreboot does the rest.
Now, the Mohon Peak CRB boots with all internal GbE enabled and functionning.
Thank to all. Kind regards, Patrick Agrain

Hello Fei,
Thanks for your answer. Indeed, the INCLUDE_ME and ME_PATH are not configured, because I do not really know what is the constitution of a "descriptor.bin" file.
May anybody have any pointer which could explain me what it is ?
It's the intel management engine. It's does some power management and a lot "other" things. It's a cpu and has access to *everything* like ram, chipset, ...
