Either some CPU register is set wrong or it is interpreted wrong, because a 
link is found that is neither C(oherent) nor NC.

It tries to set then PHY options and waits afterwards forever for the 
completion.

I attached 2 logs (with and without htx card) and a .c file that spills out 
that stuff.

@Ward: probably you could try with this init_cpu.c this to see if on you box 
the same is happening.
