This can be a VIA/EPIA compatible Motherboard. The make process and other operation (programming flash etc etc) are ok. When system start LinuxBios don't find the memory. This the log of boot:

Try this again using LinuxBIOS V2 not V3 :
svn co svn://linuxbios.org/repos/trunk/LinuxBIOSv2
V3 does not support the V8601 and VT8231 yet. Try V2 and then let us know what happens.
