[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: f8300b4 S3 code in vendorcode folder.

the following patch was just integrated into master:

S3 code in vendorcode folder.

Change the ExecuteFinalHltInstruction to assembly code. so we can make
    sure the code can run stackless.
