like i wrote in a mail at the beginning of the topic:

# dmesg:
PCI: Guessed IRQ 11 for device 0000:00:0d.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 0000:00:0f.3
eth0: RTL8169sb/8110sb at 0xd0000000, 00:08:ee:00:ee:1c, IRQ 11

Like you see dmesg knows that it is sb.

I have tested the kernel driver and currently using the lastest rtl 
driver from there website... Same result.
Im very very ve... sure that it is a BIOS problem because when chaning 
the bios and using the original one it works - it only will not work 
with the linuxbios!
