All boards? The Arima HDAMA, 12 years old now, not sold for maybe 10? All boards? Are you sure?
Keeping old boards in a branch of coreboot that is not moving as fast as upstream will reduce breakage and stabilize the code base for those systems.
This model works for linux with really old releases being maintained by interested people. It is doable. It is reasonable.
