i don't think the acpi could be enabled in LinuxBIOS because of chipset...

the DSDT in BIOS 's copyright is belonging to BIOS vendor.

Maybe could dump it and modify it in LinuxBIOS and use it by yourself.
but i don't think you could  release that.
