[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 9915b37 coreinfo: Build libpayload from coreinfo makefile

the following patch was just integrated into master:

coreinfo: Build libpayload from coreinfo makefile

Build libpayload and install it in the coreinfo directory.
    Allows coreinfo to be built with a single make command.
