[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: d895827 libpayload: Mark "halt" as a function.

the following patch was just integrated into master:

libpayload: Mark "halt" as a function.

The linker uses that info so interworking can work correctly.

Built and booted into depthcharge on Snow and saw interworking start to
    work correctly.
